Clip Services operates as an intermediary marketplace platform. We provide a venue through which customers can discover and book independent service providers. Clip Services does not itself provide cleaning, running, handyman, beauty, dog walking, tech support, delivery, or any other services listed on this website.
All services are performed by independent, self-employed providers who have applied to and been approved by Clip Services. The contractual relationship for any service is between the customer and the provider directly. Clip Services is not a party to that contract.
Service providers listed on Clip Services are not employees, workers, agents, or representatives of Clip Services. They operate as independent, self-employed individuals. They set their own rates, determine their own hours, use their own tools and equipment, and decide which bookings to accept or decline.
Clip Services does not supervise, direct, or control how providers carry out their work. We do not provide equipment, uniforms, or workspace. Providers are responsible for their own tax affairs, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Clip Services takes reasonable steps to verify providers before approving them for listing on the platform. Our verification process may include identity checks, experience review, WhatsApp or phone verification, and, for in-home service providers, a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Important: Verification is not a guarantee. While we take care in vetting providers, we cannot guarantee the character, competence, qualifications, or reliability of any provider. Customers should exercise their own judgement and take reasonable precautions when allowing any person into their home or entrusting them with personal belongings.
Provider ratings and reviews displayed on the platform are submitted by customers and reflect their individual experiences. Clip Services does not verify the accuracy of every review and is not responsible for opinions expressed by reviewers.
Any earnings figures, income examples, or revenue projections shown on this website (including in provider recruitment materials, marketing content, or informational documents) are estimates only. They are based on assumptions and averages and are not guarantees of actual earnings.
Individual provider earnings will vary depending on factors including but not limited to:
Clip Services does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings, earnings level, or income to any provider. Past earnings of other providers are not indicative of future results.
Clip Services charges a platform fee of 15% on each booking. This fee is added on top of the provider's stated rate and is paid by the customer. The provider receives their full stated rate. The platform fee is non-refundable once a service has been completed.
Full payment is required before a service begins. Payments are collected via bank transfer, payment link, or other methods specified at the time of booking. Clip Services is not a financial institution and does not hold client funds in a regulated capacity.

Clip Services reserves the right to amend its fee structure, refund policy, or payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Providers offering in-home services (including but not limited to cleaning, handyman work, and beauty treatments) are expected to carry their own public liability insurance. Clip Services may request evidence of cover but is not responsible for verifying that a provider's insurance is current, adequate, or valid.
Customers are advised to confirm directly with their provider whether appropriate insurance is in place before a service begins, particularly for work involving property, electrical systems, plumbing, or other activities that carry inherent risk.
Clip Services may hold its own platform-level liability insurance. This does not extend to cover individual provider actions, customer property, or service outcomes.

Clip Services' decision regarding refunds, provider warnings, or account actions is made at our sole discretion and is final. We are not an arbitration body and our involvement in disputes is voluntary and undertaken in the interest of maintaining platform quality.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.
